• You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account unless the activity results from our failure to protect the service.
• Email verification may be required before using gated product features such as the AI study assistant.

• Paid plans may include digital downloads, quiz access, AI assistant access, and daily AI credits according to the selected plan.
• Subscriptions renew according to the checkout terms shown by Stripe unless cancelled before renewal.
• Daily AI credits are product limits, have no cash value, and may expire or reset according to the plan.
• Prices, plan limits, and included features may change for future purchases or renewals where permitted by law.

Paid materials are licensed for personal study use only. You may not resell, redistribute, publish, upload, share publicly, or use the materials to create a competing product without written permission.

The AI assistant is a study support tool. Its responses may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. You are responsible for verifying exam information against official Google Cloud certification resources. The assistant does not provide legal, financial, professional, or certification guarantees.

• Do not attempt to bypass authentication, payment, download, rate-limit, or credit controls.
• Do not submit unlawful, infringing, abusive, or harmful content.
• Do not reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or disrupt the service.
• Do not share access tokens, private downloads, or account access with unauthorized users.

We aim to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update features, correct errors, suspend abusive accounts, or change these terms where necessary. Material changes will be reflected by updating this page.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cloud Leader Prep is provided without warranties that it will meet every need, ensure exam success, or be error-free. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law.
